Boot camp and HYROX group training at Athlete Gym

HYROX and Boot camp are dynamic group classes that train the whole body. The difference goes beyond intensity. HYROX has a more defined athletic and competitive structure, while Boot camp offers more variety and a broader range of functional exercises.

WHO IS HYROX FOR?

HYROX is a good choice if you are motivated by measurable progress, running, functional stations and a clear structure. It suits both recreational athletes and competitors, as the coach can adapt distances and loads.

  • you want to improve endurance and strength
  • you like a repeatable structure
  • a specific sporting challenge motivates you
  • you enjoy tracking your progress

WHO IS BOOT CAMP FOR?

Boot camp is a varied group workout that combines strength, endurance, stability and interval training. The content can change more from session to session, making it a good choice for anyone who values variety.

  • you want to train your whole body
  • you enjoy varied workouts
  • group energy motivates you
  • you want to improve your overall fitness

HOW DO YOU CHOOSE?

If your goal is a HYROX competition or greater athletic fitness, start with HYROX training. If you want varied group training without a competitive goal, Boot camp is often a more natural first choice.

The decision is not permanent. You can also combine the programmes in your weekly routine if you have enough time to recover and your coach recommends that combination.
